Access Packages
Designed for Exhibitors, it is a modern marketing tool, that allows creating own databases and managing relations with future clients, at low cost. It also is a great communication tool, offering the Exhibitor and Participants an option of arranging meetings before the event begins.

How does it work?
Upon registration, the Visitor provides basic personal data, along with additional information, such as the position held at the company they represent, personal interests and so on. Each Exhibitor is handed a barcode scanner, which is used to scan ID badges of persons visiting their stand. This data is then collected to form an Exhibitor's database.
The scanner is included in the package and, once installed on Exhibitor's computer, it allows easy access to the services purchased.

You can extend your presence at the Fair beyond the two days of its duration.

Interactive Map of the Fair is an online map of the stand layout during the Conference. The plan, complete with Exhibitor information, is ready for viewing today.
In this space, Exhibitors have an opportunity to insert their company name, description and a logo, along with their contact information, website link and a list of represented brands. The business card is then linked to Exhibitor's site on the Conference portal and an interactive Schedule. The business card remains online after the Conference has ended, documenting Exhibitor's participation.

Your company's page under the Conference domain.

The Conference portal offers a basic website-creator functionality. This gives Exhibitors an opportunity to introduce and present themselves, as well as their area of expertise, company's logo, contact details, a list of represented brands and a direct home website link. Once the page is complete, it is then indexed by search engines, improving the company's visibility and positioning in SEO browsers (such as Google). The page can be used as an invitation to the Conference, or an acknowledgement for the meeting after the event.

Event planning with the interactive Schedule function

Time is money, plan yours efficiently with the Schedule function.

The Conference IT system offers an interactive Schedule functionality.
Schedule is a comprehensive tool that allows you to manage time slots of client meetings at your stand. You can send and accept invitations, arrange alternative times and dates, which helps maximise the efficiency of your presence at the Fair. The Schedule funcion is also the only way to stay in touch with other Participants in weeks leading to the Conference. 

Visitor scanning and recording system

The Congress IT system offers a Visitor pass scanning functionality, extended by a note-adding function. For the duration on the Congress, you will receive a barcode scanner, which will enable you to instantly access Visitor's data. Each visit can be described with a detailed visit protocol and a follow-up plan (such as a next meeting arrangement or a business offer presentation, etc). You will have a constant access to this database. Once the event is over, you will have an option to save or export this data to your company's CRM system.

The Conference IT system gathers large amounts of information.
All collected data is being analised before and during the Conference. We use this information to improve the service, for the benefit of the current, but also future Conference editions. Part of that information might be useful to our Exhibitors, who would like to join us in this process.
